Elliot and his partner did a fantastic job with a complex furnace replacement. They carefully explained all they would have to do, then got to work. When finished, they helped connect our thermostat with the smartphone app and walked us through all of the features. They were very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend Meade for HVAC service.

Meade/BL Ott installed a new propane furnace in our home. Nick and Fernando did an outstanding job. The were fast, efficient, and courteous. They explained all the work performed, cleaned up the job site, and made sure we understood the function. They both represented the company very positively. As mentioned in my first review, we are long-time customers and had a heat pump installed in 2023 by Meade HVAC. Always excellent service from the company.

I have been a customer of Meade Heating & Air Conditioning, now B&L Ott, since moving here 15 years ago. I can tell you that this company will not disappoint. They are professional and honest in diagnosing problems/providing their services along with fair pricing. Today, even before the assigned time frame of noon-4pm, Mike and Derek showed up early! They came to replace our water heater that was "ancient". They both were very efficient and explained what went wrong with the old water heater. Before they left, they packed up all their equipment, and made sure that they didn't leave any trails in the house. Kudos to Mike, Derek, and a fantastic company!!
