The thermostat panel on our Trane heat pump died, probably from a power spike. Mike was here in a few hours and presented me with a range of options spanning $200 to $600. He had the less expensive model on his truck and installed it in a few minutes. He wore protective booties on his shoes, which I appreciated to keep the wooden floors from getting scratched.

We had a generator installed. They were very courteous and helpful. We are new to the area and this was our first generator purchase. They helped us with the purchase, explained the pros and cons, and gave us very useful advice. Would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

I asked to move the appointment up due to personal issues and they were accommodating and were able to assist with the appointment change. Steve was wonderful and professional and fixed the issue with my thermostat.

My wife and I have used Meade/Ott for our residential heat pump/AC/HVAC needs including our biannual preventative maintenance since we bought our home in 1987. Throughout those years we have been consistently impressed by their technical knowledge and competence and "right-first-time" delivery of services. All their technicians are always on time per the assigned time window, courteous, and careful to maintain cleanliness and health/safety standards during the service call. We recently had Meade install a new water heater, yielding the same high customer satisfaction experience as above. This is an outstanding quality organization that we highly recommend.

Meades (Ott’s) have always provided us with fast and reliable service. The technicians that have come to our home have always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They definitely get an A++ for customer service! We wouldn’t go anywhere else for our home’s heating and cooling needs.
