My entire heating system fried during the coldest week of the year, and Meade had it replaced so quickly. They explained everything in terms even I could understand. Elliot and his partner did a fantastic job with a complex furnace replacement. They carefully explained all they would have to do, then got to work. When finished, they helped connect our thermostat with the smartphone app and walked us through all of the features. They were very thorough and professional.
